What Chaptered Captures
When you share a page from Safari, Chaptered saves its title and content as your browser showed it, including logged-in and subscriber pages. It never fetches the page again.
What It's Used For
Only to build your weekly book. Nothing is shared, sold or used for training.
How Long It's Kept
Until the digest after the one it goes out in, so one to two weeks and never more than 30 days. Then the content is deleted. Title, author and save date stay so your digest history keeps working.
Images
Images are downloaded once, converted to grayscale and embedded in your book. They aren't stored separately, so they go on the same schedule.
Account Data
Your email, Kindle address, digest day and API token are kept while your account exists.
Removing Your Data
There's no self-service deletion yet. Email hello@chaptered.dev and we'll remove your account and everything in it.
